What happens after you sign

Once you've accepted your proposal and signed your agreement, here's what to expect.

Your client portal

We invite you to your portal by email. It's where everything about your project lives: progress, documents, invoices and requests.

Your first invoice

Your setup invoice arrives by email and in your portal. You can pay by Interac e-Transfer or by card.

Onboarding

Your onboarding steps appear in the portal. The first few usually need something from you, like your logo and page content, so we can get started on design.

Questions along the way

Send us a request from your portal any time. We reply there and by email.
