Information we collect

When you submit our contact or free estimate form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name (if given), the services you're interested in, and your message. We also record the referring page and any UTM campaign parameters attached to your visit, so we know which marketing efforts are working.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, and deliver services you've requested. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Free SEO audit

When you use our free SEO audit, we fetch the public web page you enter and store the results. If you unlock the full report, we also collect your name and email address, and your company name and phone number if you provide them. We use these details to send you the report and to follow up with you about it. We only send you marketing emails if you tick the consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Audits that are never unlocked are deleted automatically after they expire (about two hours).

Cookies and tracking

We use a few third-party tools that set cookies or similar technologies to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs:

• Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) measures visits, the pages people view, and roughly where visitors come from.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move, click, and scroll on our pages so we can improve them. It hides what you type into form fields from these recordings.
• Google Ads runs on our web design landing page and its booking confirmation page so we can measure which ads lead to booked calls.
• Calendly powers the booking calendar on that landing page and handles the details you enter when you book.

These tools collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. They do not receive the details you type into our contact or SEO audit forms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in Google's ad settings.

Where your data is stored

Submitted information is stored in our database and is only accessible to authorized Aeth Digital staff.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at info@aethdigital.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services and practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
