What We Did

We partnered with Salaam Cup to design and develop a complete tournament platform that supports both participants and organizers. The goal was to streamline registrations, simplify team management, and provide full control over tournament operations.

The platform includes a public-facing website for tournament promotion, a structured registration system, a captain dashboard for managing teams and rosters, and an admin portal for overseeing tournaments and approvals. Each component was designed to work together seamlessly while keeping the experience simple and intuitive.

From Start To End

We began by mapping out the full experience for different user roles, including players, team captains, and administrators. Based on this, we built a system that balances ease of use with powerful functionality.

The registration flow supports multiple entry types such as teams, players, and free agents. Captains can manage rosters and track team status through a dedicated dashboard, while administrators have full visibility and control over registrations, approvals, and tournament data. The platform was designed to be scalable and fully responsive across devices.
