The Onboarding page shows every step of your project, and which ones are waiting on you.

Every project moves through the same stages: discovery and planning, content, design, development, review and revisions, then launch. Your portal's home page shows which stage you're in.
Steps marked Your turn
Some steps need something from you, like your logo, page content or access to your domain. You'll find them on the Onboarding page, marked Your turn.
- Open the step and send the files it asks for.
- Tick it off when you're done.
Files you send show up for us straight away, so there's no need to email them as well.
Steps we look after
Everything else is on us. You'll see each one tick off as we go.
